Roll Film: Wrapper Ice Cream Roll Film Walnut Tube Flat Milk

The core form is rolled material, with the core mostly made of paper or plastic. The specifications are uniform (commonly 3-inch and 6-inch cores), the roll is tight and not loose, and the outer layer is wrapped with a protective film to prevent dirt and scratches.
The width is flexible and adjustable (commonly 20mm-1000mm), and the length can be customized as needed (from hundreds of meters to thousands of meters). The film is flat, wrinkle-free, bubble-free, and scratch-free, and the edges are neatly cut without burrs, ensuring that the film does not jam or deviate when it is loaded onto the machine.
The thickness is uniform (commonly 15μm-100μm), and the firmness is suitable for different packaging scenarios (such as thin versions suitable for small snacks, and thick versions suitable for heavy packaging). There is no obvious stretching or deformation after unfolding.

·Edges and Markings: The edges of the roll film are cut flat, with the width error controlled within ±0.5mm to ensure compatibility with packaging machine tracks; the outer side of the roll can be printed with specification markings (width, thickness, length), brand logo, environmental certifications, and other information, with a simple and uncluttered layout for easy warehouse management and identification.
·Functional appearance: Some roll films have printed positioning lines (clear color marks to assist packaging machines in precise sealing and cutting); composite roll films can present special appearances through different combinations of composite layers, such as the metallic texture of aluminum foil composite layers, the transparent and high-barrier appearance of EVOH layers, and the texture of paper composite layers, which not only meet functional requirements but also take into account visual effects.
